Thomas Smith of same county and state, 7 pounds for 10 acres of land in 
Craven County adjacent to the east side of Brice's Creek, dividing line 
between Stephen W. Dunn and Thomas Smith lines.
Witnesses: Richard Hillmann and Seal'h Hickman
