1 Dec 1778 - Indenure between John Dunn Junr of Craven and NC and Thomas 
Smith Junr of the same, for 25 pounds 50 acres of land in Craven County on 
the south side of Neuse River and west side of Otter Creek being part of a 
patent originally taken up by Jacob Taylor.
Witnesses: Adam Tooley and Thomas Dunn
