Thomas Fisher for the sum of one hundred fifty pounds current money of North 
Carolina sold to Newman Dunn a tract of land 260 acres on the north side of 
Neuse River adjoining Michael Gesables land the same being granted by patent 
dated 20 Apr 1714 to Jacob Miller and by him sold 19 Jan 1718 to Thomas Lewis 
and from him to Martin Franck and from said Martin Franck to Peter Reel and 
the patent to have his course and distance accordingly.
