Martin Frank came into court and acknowledges the afsignment of a 
patent for one hundred and ninety acres of land unto John Wixel and 
Henry Perapal ordered the apigniment and patent be recorded.

North Carolina

Know all men by these presents that I Martin Frank do apsign and set 
over unto Johannus Wixel and Henry Peripah all my right and interest of 
the within mentioned patent to them and their heirs and apsigns forever 
from me and my heirs forever as witneps my hand this 20th day of April 
1715
