Another tract on the head of Coatses Creek and south side of aforesaid land described by Mathew Godfreys dec'd will whereby the said land is conveyed to said Godfrey son of the former containing 50 acres. Another tract on the south side of Adams Creek and south side of Neuse River adjacent to the west branch of said Adams Creek and running out including all the land belonging to the said Godrey which land was formerly patented by Thomas Lewis dec'd and conveyed by deed from Thos Lewis Junr to Mathew Godfrey dec'd containing 100 acres.
