All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/nc/ncfiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Jo Huettl johit@suddenlink.net January 14, 2010, 9:51 am Written: 1762 (Copied from New Bern Register of Deeds, Book 1 Pages 278-279) Robert Perry Et Al to Jacob Ipock, 1762 This indenture made between Robert Perry and Cathin his wife John Perry and Sevel his wife Thomas Bracker and Mary his wife of the one part and Jacob Ipock of the other part witnefs that the said Robert Perry Cathin his wife John Perry Sivil his wife Thos Bracker and Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds proc money to us in hand paid by the said Jacob Ipock the receipt hereof the said Robert Perry John Perry Thomas Bracker and there wives doth herby acknowledge that they the said Robert Perry John Perry Thomas Bracker and these wives hath granted bargained sold alined and confirm and by these presents doth bargain sell and confirm unto the said Jacob Ipock his heirs and afsigns forever all that mufsuage or tract of land situate lying and being in the province of North Carolina in Craven County on the North side of Trent River being part of a tract of land that John Waxel bough of Martin Frank and left to his daughter Cathin Sivel and Mary Wasell wives of the aforesaid Robert Perry John Perry Thomas Bracker by a hill side on a little branch at a White Oak then down the River 80 poles W 60 poles to a pine then N 10.E 320 poles to a pine then N.W. To a red oak from thence to the first station containing 320 acres being 240 acres of the aforesaid 320 bought of Martin Frank that part that the said Ipock now lives on and also all trees profets commodities advantages whatsoever to the said Mifsuage tenant and premises above mentioned belonging or anywise appertaining unto the said premises and of every part there of and all the estate eight title interest claim and demands whatsoever of us the said Robert Perry John Perry Thos Bracker and our wives of in the said Mefsuage tenement and premises and every part hereof To Have ad to Hold the said Mefsuage and tenement and all used singular the premises above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Jacob Ipock his heirs and afsigns to the only proper use and behoof to the said Jacob Ipock his heirs and afsigns forever and they the said Robert Perry John Perry Thomas Bracker and these wives for them the said Mefsage or tenement and premises and every part thereof against them their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever to the said Jacob Ipock his heirs and afsigns shall and will Warrant and forever defend by these presents as Witnefs our hands and seals this 16 April 1762.
