son Charles King, Plantar, Craven Prect. for natural good will, 490 A, on 
Brices Creek beginning at a Cypress running S12E240p up to the creek to a 
White Oak then W26S320p to a pine & black oak, thence North S0. 2 Wt. 240p 
(sic) to the head of Cypress Run, thence down the run to 1st Sta... Robert 
Shine Wit: Jno. Carter, Caleb Metcalf, Jno. Letchmere.

19 Dec 1732. Craven Prect. Charles(X) King, Planter to Colo. William Wilson, 
same 400pds, 480A, on the Brices Creek on SS Neuse River, beginning at a 
Cypress running S12E240p up to the creek to a white oak, thence @26S320p to a 
pine & black oak, thence N12W240p to the head of a Cypress, then down the run 
to 1st. Sta. which land was patented by Robert Shine bearing the date 10 Sept 
1707 & by said Robert Shine transferred to Charles King afd. by sd Chs. King 
sold to sd William Wilson Wit: John Armstrong, Sarah Armstrong
