At a court held at the house of Capt Wm Hancock on the third Tuesday in 
October, 1716
Assistants Present: Collo William Brice, John Slocum and Jacob Miller

A conveyance from Thomas LEWIS for 300 acres of land was acknowledged unto 
Obedience Pittman. Ordered it be registered.

A conveyance from Thomas LEWIS for 350 acres on the east side of Adams Creek 
to Bathsheba Brown. Ordered it be registered.
