Indenture made June 4, 1733 between Thomas LEWIS of Craven Precinct in Bath 
County and John Williams, for 50 pounds land on the south side of New (sic) 
River and east side of Adams Creek containing 40 acres adjacent to Thomas 
Nelsons line the same being part of a greater tract of land now belonging to 
Thomas LEWIS.
