Indenture made August 15, 1737 between Thomas LEWIS of Craven Precinct and 
Mark Furguson, for 50 shillings for 30 acres beginning at a pine on the 
Creek, Joseph Pittmans line, said Furgusons back line.

Witnesses: Thos Harris and Will Linton

Know all men by these presents that I Eliza LEWIS have relinquished and made 
over all my right and interest of the within Dowry mentioned land unto Mark 
Furguson him and his heirs and assigns forever.

Witnesses: Thoma Harvy and William Linton
