Indenture made March 29, 1765 between William LEWIS and Ezekiel Adams both 
of Craven, for 25 pounds land in Craven on the north side of Swift's Creek 
and east side of Creeping Swamp adjacent to William Clark corner tree thence 
west along a line marked by William LEWIS and William Clark their division 
containing 150 acres.

Witnesses: Joseph Bryan, Thomas Bonnor and William Clark
Recorded: October Court 1765
