Indenture made February 5, 1781 between Jacob Lewis and Joshua Lewis both of 
Craven, for 13 pounds land in Craven on the south side of Bay River and west 
side of Trent Creek adjacent to Simons Landing containing 50 acres.

Witnesses: Joseph Lewis, Cason Fulsher and Shaderick Riggs
