Indenture made January 17, 1784 between Fred Lewis of Duplin Co NC and 
Elisha Starford of Craven, for 45 pounds land in Craven on the north side of 
Neuse River and south side of Coor Creek adjacent to Handy Branch, W Brice 
Fonvilles corner containing 100 acres.

Witnesses: Moses Taylor and George Hanedy
