Indenture made October 21, 1751 between Thomas LEWIS planter of the 
county of Johnston and Thomas Martin Wallace, for 80 pounds land on the east 
side of Adams Creek adjacent to John Nelsons line, Francis Hills corner 
containing 300 acres.

Witnesses: James Weare, John Haney and William Bond
Recorded: Feb'y Court 1752

(A Thomas Lewis received a land grant in Johnston Co in 1756:
on the east side of Atkinsons Branch)
