Witnesseth that the said Abraham Bussett for and in consideration of the sum of twenty pounds proclamation money of the above province to him in hand paid by the said Robert Perry at the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of the said Abraham Bussett doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully satisfied and paid and & thereof & of every part and parcel thereof doth acquit exonerate and discharge the said Robert Perry his heirs and apsigns forever of these present have given granted bargained sold aliened convey & conformed and made over and by these presents doth freely fully and absolute give grant bargain sell alien convey conform and make overunto him the said Robert Perry his heirs executors and administrators and apsigns forever One certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being on the south side of Trent River being the other half of the land that Phillip Miller bought of the said Abraham Bussett which lyeth on the upper side of the pocoson swamp bated and bound as followeth: beginning at Phillip Miller deviding corner tree which is a pine then running S 80 W95 poles to a pine and from thence to the first tree to complete one hundred acres of land. To have and to hold the said land and bargained premises with all the Appurtenances and all rights and privileges and commodities to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said Robert Perry his heirs and assigns for ever to his and their only proper use benefit and behalf forever and the said Abraham Bussett for him doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the ensealing and delivery thereof he is the true sole and lawful owner of the above bargained premises and that he is lawfully seized and professed of the same in his own proper right as a good perfect and absolute estate of inheritance in free and conversions to ceage and hath in him self good rightfull power and lawfull authority to grant bargain sell convey and confirm the said bargained property in manner aforesaid and that he the said Robert Perry his heirs and apsigns shall and may from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter by virtue of these presents lawfully peaceably and quietly have hold occupy posses and enjoy the afore granted land and premises with the appurtenances free and clear or freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of from all and all manner of former or other gifts grant bargains sales leases mortgages wills entails joint ions dowries judgment execution encumbrances and extents what so ever and he the said Abraham Bussett for him self and his heirs executors admins doth covenant and engage the above demised premises unto him the said Robert Perry his heirs and apsigns against if lawfull claims or demand of any person or persons whatsoever for everherafter the warrant secure and defined.
