Indenture made 1764 between Zebulon Rice and Peter Lewis both of Craven, for 
77 pounds land in Craven on the south side of Bay River willed to me by my 
father Benjamin Rice adjacent to Alligator Gut, west side of Trent Creek 
containing 160 acres.

Witnesses: Thomas Whitford and Sam'l Whitford
