John Risenover for fifty pounds good and lawful money paid by William Canathus 
Senr. of Beaufort County have sold to Newman Dunn a tract of land 256 acres 
the same being part of a tract of 1440 acres formerly held by Col. Thomas 
Carey, Esq., Governor of North Carolina.
