Written: January 18, 1745

January 18, 1745 - Jacob Sheets and wife Seivil, both of Craven County, 
Province of North Carolina for love and good will to our daughter Mary Moore, 
wife of Adam Moore, 2 tracts of land in Craven County; one tract joining land 
given by us to Philphena Johns and her heirs about 8 miles from New Bern, 200 
acres, the courses to run as the patent to me the said Jacob Sheets granted 
does direct - the other tract on north side of Trent River, east side of 
Beaver Creek, joining the lands of my daughter Catrina Sheets, corner tract 
lower side of the mouth of John Jones branch, containing 120 acres
