Indenture made November 22, 1762 between Mary Simmons widow and Jacob Lewis 
planter, for 13 pounds land in Craven on the south side of Bay River and west 
side of Trent Creek adjacent to Simmons Landing containing 50 acres.

Witnesses: John Carruthers, Thomas Delamore and Joseph Brooks
