8 Feb 1778 - Indenture between Thomas Smith of Craven County, NC and John 
Dunn Junr of same county and state, for 25 pounds for 50 acres of land in 
Craven County part of a patent originally taken up by Jacob Taylor adjoining 
the south side of Neuse River and on the west side of Otter Creek.
Witnesses: Moses Almand and Thomas Almand
March Craven County Court 1778
