James Stevenson to Robert Stevenson Et Al, 1792

This indenture made the thirteenth day of April in the year of our lord one 
thousand seven hundred and ninety two Between James Stevenson of the one part 
and Robert Donnell Isaac Cole, John Deverent and Joseph Tagest of the other 
part Witnefseth that for and in consideration in consideration of the sum of 
fifty pounds in hand paid by the said Robert Isaac John and Joseph to the said 
James Stevenson at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the 
receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge he the said James hath granted 
bargained sold released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth 
grant bargain sell alien and confirm unto the said Robert Isaac John and 
Joseph, and their heirs a certain house now standing on a certain lot or 
parcel of ground part of the lot N 14 leased by Richard Dobbs Spaight to John 
Allen and by him aprigened to said James Stevenson who has at the time of the 
sealing and deliver of these presents afisgned  the same lease to the said 
Robert Isaac, John and Joseph on Craven Street. To have and to hold the lease 
hereby conveyed and every part thereof unto the said Robert, Isaac, John and 
Joseph, their heirs and afsigns for ever to their only proper use and behoof 
and the said James Stevenson for himself his heirs executors and administrator 
and afsigns doth covenant with the same Robert Isaac John and Joseph that the 
said James is now seized and profsefsed of a good title to the premises hereby 
granted and that the bargain power to convey the same and that the said 
premises and free an of all former grants gifts bargains sales judgments 
execution charges & whatsoever (the rents growing due upon the same lot 
hereafter excepted)

In witnefs whereof the said James hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day 
and year first above written.
