TINGLE, MARGARET DAW wife of KENNEDY DAW, CATHERINE JANE CUTHRELL wife of AMOS CUTHRELL, WILLIAM P. TINGLE and MARIA TINGLE all the children of said ZILPHA TINGLE and all of County and State aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth that the said ZILPHA TINGLE for and in consideration of the natural love and affection she hath and beareth towards her sons and daughters viz JOSEPH B. TINGLE, MARGARET DAW wife of KENNEDY DAW, CATHERINE JANE CUTHRELL wife of AMOS CUTHRELL, WILLIAM P. TINGLE, MARIA TINGLE...also for the better maintenance and preferment of the said JOSEPH B.
