Enoch Ward land sell to Martin Frank

North Carolina, Bath County, Craven Precinct
At a Court adjourned from the late house of Jacob Miller Esq and held 
at the House of Capt Wm Handcock sen, in the third Tuesday in April 
being the 19th day of the month, 1715

Enoch Ward come into court and acknowledges the afsignment of his right 
and title of two tracts of land on the north side of Neuse River unto 
Martin Frank ordered it to be registered,

Neuse

Know all men by these presents that I Enoch Ward do apsign over all my 
right title and interest of two tracts of land one tract 190 acres upon 
the East side of Beards Creek to 56 acres of land on the head of 
Derehams Creek. The said land I do make over all my right and Title to 
Martin Frank and his heirs from me and my heirs as witneps my hand
