Indenture made April 23, 1784 between Elizabeth Watson and Joseph Lewis both 
of Craven, for 20 pounds land in Craven on the south side of Bay River and 
west side of Trent Creek adjacent to Drapers line containing 40 acres.

Witnesses: John Lewis, Cason Fulcher and Ann Lewis
