At an Assembly held at New Bern in November & December, 1771. These may Certify that William Fullerton & Charles Yeates, Wounded Soldiers in the Battle of Allamance, was allowed the Sum of Twenty pounds each P. Annum, and Thomas Carrely, also Wounded in the late Battle, the Sum of Fifteen pounds p’r year; provided they once a year produce Certificates from the Inferior Court in the County where they reside, that they still Continue disabled and are proper objects of Public Bounty.
