Negro Fisherman is Missing

Newbern, March 10 - David Swindel, a colored fisherman living in James City, 
has been missing since Saturday. He went off down the river early Saturday 
morning and has not been heard of since. It is supposed that he as been 
drowned, but no one has reported the finding of his boat.
