FATAL DUEL
   A few days since, MR. THOMAS STANLY and MR. LOUIS HENRY, two young 
gentlemen of Newbern, crossed over to that part of Virginia which borders on 
Gates County, for the purpose of terminating some misunderstanding. At the 
first fire, MR. STANLY was shot through the heart and instantly expired.
