Died 

Departed this life on Tuesday evening inst., the Rev. John T. Braim, stationed 
pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church in this place. Mr. Brain, as a 
preacher, was generally esteemed but more particularly by the little flock of 
Christ's fold, which the Almighty had committed to his peculiar charge. His 
labours in the high calling to which he had attained were unremitted and 
arduous and abundantly blessed of the Lord. Possessing a meek and contrite 
spirit, his manners were unaffected and his deportment marked by deep humility.
