Three black people which he freed at his death by will viz George Godett Lanor and Steven to be equally divided among them which I Thomas Joscelin have this day done by the mutual covenant of all parties. Mr. Benners Vail in behalf of the sd Stephen who is a minor a division line between George Godett and Stephen begin at a pine standing at the head of a branch in John Godetts line and runs North Elevin dept wit to a stake in the marsh of Mitchels Creek. The line which divides Stephens land from Lanors begins at the above said stake and runs South eighty nine dept lent to the head of a small creek or a branch of it which makes out of Clubfoot Creek then down the sd branch and creek to the main creek.
