State of North Carolina Craven County
13 May 1794 - Daniel Dunn of Virginia deed to William Dunn of Craven for the 
sum of fifteen pounds, 15 acres being in Craven Co on the south side of Neuse 
River adj William Johnston's plantation, Cypress Branch, the property of my 
deceased father John Dunn.
Witnesses: William Johnston, Wm. Mitchell
