Will of Jacob Lewis, September 25, 1796

I give to my beloved wife Saborough Lewis all my property during her 
widdowhood and after her death or second marriage I give to my son James 
Lewis 50 acres joining on the upper part of my land

I also give to my son James my hunting gun

I give to my son John Lewis 50 acres joining on the lower part of my land 
running across with the Cart Road

I give to my daughter Sarah Lewis all the rest of my land after my brother 
John Lewis to have as much as he sees fit

To all the above named children, I give to the child my wife now is in 
travel with all my cattle and if any that should die in its infancy to 
return to the rest of my children

I give to my daughter Diana Lewis one featherbed

I give to my wife one featherbed during her life

I leave my mare, bridle and saddle to be sold to pay my debts

I have my brother John Lewis and my wife my executors to this my last will 
and testament

Witnesses: Cason Fulsher and Samuel Pittman
