CARRAWAY and Peter F. CARRAWAY or such of them as may survive at my death (in case I should die without marrying or issue of children of my own body): All interest in and to the property now in the possession of our mother, both real and personal or perishable. But in case I should leave a wife or children at my death then and in that case I give the interest in the above-mentioned property to be equally divided among them and their heirs. Executors: Brothers George P. CARRAWAY and Peter F. CARRAWAY 22 Jan 1838 Witnesses: Abner NEALE, Philip NEALE. Probate: March term 1852. (Both witnesses had died when will probated. George W. TAYLOR swore that he was acquainted with the handwriting of F. CARRAWAY and both witnesses and believed this to be valid.
