CARRAWAY, Nathaniel		1795

Sick and weak in body but of sound mind and memory.

Wife Mary: Use of all property not otherwise mentioned during her life or 
widowhood

Son-in-law Joshua BALLANCE: All that I have given him to be possessed and enjoyed 
freely. 

Grandson Davis BALLANCE: After death of my wife, one heiffer

Son Joshua CARRAWAY: Feather bed, cow and calf that he now has, plus sheep now 
and one pewter dish after death of my wife

Son Nathan CARRAWAY: 75 ac of land in the swamp, except that wife to have equal 
part of timber during her widowhood. Also heifers and pigs he has in his 
possession

Daughter Sarah CLAYTON: Feather bed and furniture and linen wheel

Daughter Elizabeth CARRAWAY: Feather bed and furniture and heifer, also sow, pigs 
and woolen wheel after death or widowhood of my wife

Daughter Mary CARRAWAY: Feather bed, furniture and heifer; also sow pigs woolen 
wheel, linen wheel, and flax hachet after death or widowhood of wife

Sons Levi CARRAWAY and Demse CARRAWAY: All plantation where I live after death of 
my wife, but if either of them die without heirs, that ones share to go to son 
Asa CARRAWAY

Son Levi CARRAWAY: Feather bed and furniture after death or widowhood of wife

Son Demse CARRAWAY: Feather bed and furniture after death or widowhood of wife
