Wife Mary CARRAWAY: 10 Negroes: Sue Peter March Gelse June Darcas Alle Balim Luce 
Settle, 1/3 of saw and grist mill on Beard Cr, 1 ac land on the ES of the Cr 
joining the Mill Dam, 260 ac on WS of Cr bought of Moses GRIFFIN, 200 ac of land 
bought of John CARRUTHERS, all household furniture, plantation tools, cattle and 
horses, sheep and hogs, and after paying debts, all money to her and heirs 
forever

Brother Arthur’s son William CARRAWAY: After death of my wife one plantation 
where Wm EDGERTON lives, containing 175 ac and another patent joining the same 
that I lately took up and Negro girl Penny to him and his heirs forever

Churche Carraway DAWSON: After death of my wife one half lot in Newbern joining 
the half lot that I sold to Moses GRIFFEN to him and his heirs forever

Nephew Francis DELAMAR: After death of my wife plantation where I now live (510 
ac) and tract I bought of John Edge THOMANSON containing 200 ac and 3 other 
tracts between Beard Cr and Goose Cr and Negro boy Sam to him and his heirs 
forever
