To brother William Dunn my proportionable part of the tract of land where my Mother now lives. To said William Dunn twenty five pounds money of the State of North Carolina. To sister Rebekah Dunn one hundred pounds money of the State of North Carolina. To two brothers David Dunn and Hardy Dunn my right to a certain piece of land which I hold by a lease from Jesse Davis lying on Richmonds hill containing 135 acres with all appurtances. Rest of estate to brothers David Dunn and Hardy Dunn to settle up and pay off all lawful debts if enough. If not enough all legatees are to pay an equal part to make up the ballance due except William Dunn son of John to pay nothing. David Dunn, Hardy Dunn and John Knox executors.
