To daughter Mary one Negro woman named Ruth. To daughter Sidney one Negro boy named Joe. To son David one Negro boy named Sutton. To daughter Penelopy one Negro man named Ned. To daughter Sidney one Negro man named Harry. Children to be put under the care of Aaron Ernull and that he takes possession of the following Negroes: Ned, Harry and Ruth and hire them out yearly and the money from their hire to be applied to the schooling and maintaining of my children until my son shall arrive at 21 years of age or day of marriage that is giving my children sufficient schooling for this country as my executors shall think fit. To wife one Negro woman named Scenter. Stock of horses, cattle, hogs and such be equally divided between my wife and three children aforesaid. Aaron Ernull and Michael Herman appointed executors.
