With I Give and Bequeath the same in Manner following Impremis first my will and Desire is that all my Just Debts and funeral Charges be paid and Satisfied Item I give and Bequeath to my Respective Cousin Aaron Goodsen one feather bed and furniture and a Chest that are at his huse(house) to him and his heirs and Assigns forever— Item I give and Bequeath to James Goodsen all my wearing Cloaths. Item My will and Desire is that my Land lying & being in Dobbs County & on the Beaverdam Branch adjoining Mr. William Taylor Containing One Hundred and Ninety Acres of Land with all my Personal Estate not herein particularly mentioned be sold at publick vendue and the money arising from the said sale with Five Pounds and Ninteen Shillings and six pence Due from Mr. Samuel Hill to be equally divided between my three well Beloved Sisters namely Mary Elizabeth and Sarah Fukes and to their only use and behoof forever I do hereby Constitute Nominate and Appoint my well Beloved Friends Aaron Goodsen & John Bush Executors of this my Last Will & Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this day and Year above written- Signed Sealed and Delivered In the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witneseth James Gooden (his mark) Mary M.
