I LEVI HILL Being sick of body but of sound mind and memory Caling (sic) to mind that was appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my Last Will and testament in manner and form following. ITEM I give to my Well beloved Wife all my household goods of all ______. ITEM I leave all my lands to be sold at the discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned for nine months Credit and the monies arising from it to go for the schooling and maintaining of my two Children. ITEM I leave thirteen barrels of corn to be sold for six months Credit and the money arising it to go to the ______ of paying My debts and all the money that is due to me is to go toward paying of my Just Debts and do appoint my Loving brother RICHARD HILL and my father in Law SIMON ROUSE Executors to this my last Will and Testament making void all other Wills by me made this 22 of January 1794 signed in the presence of CHAS.
