Item I give to my son Michael HYMAN one hundred and ninety five acres of land adjoining the back line where I before have given to my son James HYMAN to him and his heirs forever. Item I give to my two sons Michael and James HYMAN all of the plantation tools. I likewise give one sowel horse for the use of my plantation. Item I give to my son Michael HYMAN one black mare and saddle and bridle forever. Item I give to my son James HYMAN two Negroes namely Tom and Jese to him and his heirs forever I also give my two thirds of the iron work of the Saw Mill to my two sons James HYMAN, Michael HYMAN. Item I give to my son Michael HYMAN tow Negroes namely Fender and Frank to him and his (complete last line of Will did not copy) Nan to her and her heirs forever. Item I lend to my daughter Elisa RIDEN one Negro girl named Lucy during her natural life and after her death to her heirs forever. Item I give to my daughter Sidney HYMAN two Negroes namely Clarisy to her and her heirs forever. Item I give to my daughter Mary SAVANOE one Negro girl during her natural life and after her death the servant to the heirs of Lisa RIDEN and Margaret VENEDRICK. Item I give to my son James HYMAN one feather bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever. Item I give to my son Michael HYMAN one feather bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever. Item I give to my daughter Lisa Riden one feather bed and furniture to her and her heirs forever. Item I give to my daughter Margaret VENDRICK one feather bed and furniture to her and her heirs forever. Item: I give to my daughter Sidney HYMAN one grey mare and saddle forever. Item I give to my son Michael HYMAN one case of bottles forever. Item I give to my two Sons James and Michael HYMAN one camping knife forever. Item I give to my daughter Sidney HYMAN one spice Mortar forever. Item I give to my daughter Lisa RIDEN one Coffee Mill forever. Item I give the residue of my Cattle to be equally divided between my two Sons James and Michael HYMAN forever. Item I give to my daughter Lisa RIDEN one bedsteads forever. Item I give all of my pewter to be equally divided between my Six Children and also the crockery ware to be equally divided amongst my Children. Item I give to my daughter Sidney HYMAN all of her mothers Clothes that remains forever. I also leave money for to buy two Negroes for my two daughters Sidney and Mary. Item I give to my daughter Sidney HYMAN one feather bed and furniture forever. Item I give to my son Michael HYMAN one hundred acres of land lying back of Isaac Hollis line to him the said Michael and his heirs forever. Item I give to my two sons James & Michael HYMAN three hundred acres of land lying on Goose Creek to be equally divided between them to them and their heirs forever. And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my (last line on this page did not copy). Hereby revoking all former wills by me ___? Afore made and declaring this to be my true will and testament.
