I recommend my soul into the hand of my Savior Jesus hoping through his merit death and suffering to have remission of my sins and joyful Resurrection at the last day and my body I desire my receive Christian burial at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named and touching the Estate I am now possessed with I give devise and bequeathe as followeth: Item: I give to my sister Sidney HYMAN my riding mare. Item: I give my Negro winch Fender to James HYMAN and his heirs forever. Item: I give to my sister Sidney HYMAN my desk. Item: I give to my brother James HYMAN my third of the Mill to him and his heirs forever and Š Item: I also give all the rest of my lands to my brother James HYMAN and his heirs forever. Item: I give to my brother James HYMAN two guns. Item: I give to my brother James HYMAN my part of the plantation Took (?) that my Father Left me. Item: I likewise give to James HYMAN my negro Boy Glasgo to him and his heirs forever. Item: I give all the rest of my Estate that is not before given between my four sisters to them and their heirs forever except the sheep (?) for my ____(?) I give the same to my Brother James and lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint James HYMAN and Sidney HYMAN to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made and desiring this to be my true Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty Second day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and ninety-three.
