Item: I give to the said Fender and Will One hundred acres of land lying back of Isaac Hollis and after their deaths I give the said land to Michael HUKINS, son of Elisa HUKINS. Item: I give to Elisa HUKINS a mare called Bitt, also a bridle and saddle. I also lend to Elisa HUKINS my negro woman called Gelse during the said Elisors life time and after her death I give the said negro Gelse to Michael HUKINS, son of said Elisa HUKINS and her heirs from the date of this Will. Item: I give to Michael HUKINS, son of Elisa HUKINS all of my lands and Tenements to him and his heirs forever. I also give to the said Michael HUKINS a negro boy called Tom. Item: I give to Fanny HUKINS three negros called Winny, Frank, and Ben. Item: I give to Nicey HUKINS three negros called Viney, Nancy, and Glasgo. Item: My Will and desire is that the negro boy Haisey (?) shall live with his mother until he is fit for to hire out. Item: I give Bartilla HUSKINS three negros called Laney, Cesar, and Roben Item: I give Elisa HUKINS my umbrellar. Item. I give all of the rest of my Estate that has not been before given away to be equally divided between Michael HUKINS, Fanny HUKINS, Niecy HUKINS, and Bartello HUKINS and my will and desire is that if neither of the said children above mentioned should die without heir lawfully begotten of their body that their legesey or legeseys be equally divided between the surviving children above mentioned. Item: I hereby make and ordain my worthy friend John Vendrick, Senior and Thomas Sparrow Senior and Roger Jones Executors of this my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I the said James HYMAN have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the day and year first above written.
