(clerk of court)  ...In the name of God, Amen!   I, Samuel Hyman, of the County of Craven and State of North Carolina, or being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make & publish my last Will and testmant in manner and form following imprimis. I give unto my wife MARY C. HYMAN all my estate real and personal during her widowhood to raise, educate, and support my younger children. Should my wife marry again then give unto her in absolute property on equal share of my personal estate with my children--and one-third of my real estate during her natural life.   Item: I give unto all my children my personal estate subject to their motheršs claim under the foregoingitems to be equally divided between them (,) each childšs share to be allotted and delivered to him or her as they arrive of age or marry.  Item: I give unto my sons all my real estate to be equally divided between them subject to their motheršs claim under the first item of this will.  Item: I desire my Executors to allot & pray over the same of my daughter, Sarah Frances Fulford, under this ____ (word too faint to read) immediately after my _____ (Œlooks like Œceaseš).   I appoint Joseph Fulford my son-in-law, & my wife my Executors.   In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this 21st day of December AD 1841.  In our presence /s/      /s/ Saml.
