I give and Bequeth my Soul into ye hand of Almighty God My Maker hoping to Receive ye Same againe through ye Merittorous Death And Sufforing of Jesus Christ my redeemer in full pardon of all my Sins. Viz. And for my body I Recommend it to ye earth from whence I came to be buried in Christian Buirall att ye Decrsetion of my Executors hereafter Named Viz. It is my Mind and will that all my Lawfull Depts and Honorable Expenses be first paid. Imprimis I give and bequeth and devise unto my Loving son Cornillas Loftan ye plantation that he now lives on Containing two hundred and twenty acres of Land to be Enjoyed by him and his heirs for Ever. Viz. I give bequeth and Devise unto my Loving son Leonard Loftein ye Plantation which I Now Live on Containing Eighty Acres of Land to be Enjoyed by him and his heirs for Ever. And I give and bequeath and Devise unto My Loving Son Benoniea one black ball faced Mare both her and her increas from ye date hereof to be enjoyed by him and his heirs for Ever. And I bequeath unto my son Benoniea Loftein to take one Gun and he to have his Choice of ye said Gunns. I give and Bequath unto my loving daughter Dorcellay one young black ball faced Mare and I give and bequeath ye first mare colt ye mare hath to be given to my daughter Jane Loftain and it is My mind and will the first Maire colt that My Daughters Jane Maire Brings be given to My Daughter Joyce, all are to be Enjoyed by them and their heirs for Ever, And I give and bequeath all my feemall Cattle and Sheep to be Equally Divided betwixt my four children here after mancioned, Dorcelley and Jane Benonia and Joyce, to be Equally divided Among them to be Enjoyed by them and their heirs for Ever. I give to my Daughter Dorcalley ye Bed she now Lyes upon and all the furniture belonging to ye said Bedd and I give her also the largest new pudor Dish and ye Largest bason and ye Smalest Iron pot ye Spinning Wheels and all belonging ye Same. I give and bequeath all My Male Stock of what Kind So Ever to be Equally Divided between My Son Cornillas and My Son Lenord to have Equal Share and proportion of the same to them and their heirs for Ever. And I give unto my son Cornillas and Lenord Loftein all ye rest of my personall estate to be equally shared betwixt them and to be Enjoyed by them and their heirs for Ever And further it is my mind and will that my Son Cornillas Loftain and my Son Lenord Loftain do purchase a Certain parcel or Track of Land Known by ye name of Little Johns and ye Same Land make over and give to My Son Benona at their own proper Cost and Charge, and so be if my Son Cornillas and Lenord shall miss of purchasing the aforesaid Land for my son Benioniae I do hereby further oblidge them to purchase Some other parcel of Land in Newse River which Shall be Judged as good as the aforesaid Land, which said Land Being for the use of my son Benionia and by his heirs for Ever . ------ Be it my mind and will that my Son Cornillas after my Decese take my Daughter Jane and her Stock and have full power to bring her up and tuistian untill She shall arive to ye age of sixteen years, all ye Encrease of her Stock both male and female to be lade out for the best advantage of the orphant, and it my will and mind that Cornillas also have ye Towishan of My Daughter Joyce untill She Shall arrive unto ye full age of Sixteen year of age, and all her Stocke of Cattle of what kind So ever. And I give all ye male kind of the Encrease of her said Stock unto him ye said Cornillas until She shall ataine unto ye age of tenn years, And after ye age tenn the said orphant to have both male and female. And it is my Mind and will that my son Leonard have full tuishan of my son Benioan until he shall ataine unto ye age of Eighteen years and likewise to Take care of his Stock of catle of all kinds Male and femall to run on for the use of the Orphan and I do hereby Constitute and apoint My Loving Sons Cornillas Loftain and Leonard Loftain to be Joynt Executors of this my last will and testament hereby Me Made Revoking all other wills and Testements by me made and are to Stand in full force.
