Will of David Murdock, 1795 In the name of God amen. I David Murdock doth make & devise this my last will & testement in ( ) goods following to wit: 1st. All my just debts to be settled with ( ) speed. Secondly my Will and desire is that my beloved wife Mary Murdock, my daughter Nancy Murdock, Hannah Murdock, James Murdock, David Murdock, William Murdock & Elizabeth Murdock receive all and the remaining of my Estate both real and personal after my just debt being paid to be equally divided between them which I give to these their heirs & assignes forever. Lastly I appoint William Sheppard & Fainifold Gruss Jr., Executors to this my last will & testiment. In return I David Murdock doth acknowledge this to be my last Will & Testiment revoking all others by me heretofore made & acknowledge this to be my only true lawfull will this 4th Nov 1795.
