Court of Craven so directed we have proceeded to examine the account of James 
Oliver decd. as guardian to James G. Oliver Elizabeth Oliver John Oliver & Joshua 
B. Oliver children of said deced. & heirs at law of Joshua Brady, decd.

Court order to sheriff: 3We command you that of the Goods and Chattels, of 
Thomas Oliver in the hands of Ann Oliver Greeting of said Thomas & of the goods & 
chattels lands & tenements of John Oliver you ccause to be made, as well as the 
sum of four hundred & seventy eight pounds ten shillings which John Harvey 
lately in our Court of Pleas and Quarter sessions, for the County of Craven 
recovered against them for Debt, as the sum of thrity eight pounds 71S31 day of March 
1814.

IOU John Oliver to John Harvey & Son: One hundred and thirty seven Dollars, 
Ninety cents,  received 28 May 1819.

Notes related to a debt by Thomas Oliver to James Chadwick.

Estate settlement by Nancey Oliver presented June Court 1812. Lists numerous 
debts against the estate.
