Division of personal Estate of Thos. Pearce dec'd amongst the Heirs

Pursuant to an Order of the County Court of Craven We have proceeded 
to divide the personal Estate of Thomas Pearce Deceased amongst the 
heirs and find the Sum of One Hundred & twenty two pounds eleven 
Shillings & four pence the proportional part of said Estate due each
Legatee and have alloted as follows to each Heir

To Edmund Pearce Negro John valued at one hundred & twenty two pounds 
eleven Shillings

To Wiley Causeway Negro Wade valued at one hundred pounds

To Delham Caswell Negro Nance valued at one hundred & fifty Pounds

To Blaney Pate Negro Clary vauled at one hundred & thirty pounds

To Barbara Pearce Negro old Nancy valued at one hundred & twenty 
five pounds

To Sukey Pearce one hundred & seven pounds thirteen Shillings & eight 
pence in Notes & Judgments

As Witness our hands this 20th day of March 1809
