Thomas Sparrow, Road R.,  Anne Arundell County, 10 June 1713/12 May 1719

To SONS:  Solomon and John and their heirs, “Crany Island,” North Carolina

To SON:  Kensey and hrs. (heirs) 145 acres part of “Sparrow’s Nest” Road R.  
Bou (?) of Mary Francis sold by testator’s father, (blank) to Thomas Francis.  
Said son not to sell land.  Should he die during minority said land to pass to 
unborn child, if a son, otherwise to son Solomon, and should he die during 
minority to son Thomas;

To SON:  Kensey and unborn child, if a son, land on Dereham’s Creek in 
Pamplicoe, NC.  Should unborn child be a dau. said lands to son Kensey.

To DAUS.  Eliza. Matilda and unborn child, if a dau. land on Dividing Creek in
Pamplicoe, NC, equally.

Residue of personal estate to child equally.

To: SONS:  Thomas, Solomon, John and Kensey and unborn child, if a son, all 
rights and interest in any lands hereafter descending to testator.  To son 
Solo. and heirs ground in Rathtown, Pamplico, being front of Simond Alderson’s 
and bought of him;

To SON:  John, lot adj. said front; to son Kensey lot adj. afsd. lot.  To son 
Thomas personalty.

Exrs.  Wife Anne and bro-in-law, Capt. Rich. Jones; Test.  John Taylor, Henry 
Mace, Daniel Flowers, Ann Fowler.
