     Granddaughters: Judy Singleton and Elizabeth B. Singleton

         Westernmost half of lot in New Bern #10

         All lands I hold on Brice's Creek, being about 1140 acres &c

     To four daughters: Ann Hawks, Elizabeth Smith, Eleanor Dickson and 
     Martha Singleton

     PLANTATION CALLED COOL SPRINGS, with land adjoining bought of
     Stephen and Thomas Dunn

     To Martha Singleton, daughter, lot No. 406 in New Bern

     Grandson Spyers S. Smith. Grand dau. Eliza S. Smith. Grand dau.
