It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Journal notifying said defendents to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Cumberland County at the Court House at Fayetteville at next term. Then and there to be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte as to them.
