STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS    Cumberland County
June Term 1827

In consequence of the resignations of JOHN B.KELLY, ESQ., County Solicitor, 
and EDWARD L. WINSLOW, ESQ., Treasurer of Public Buildings for Cumberland 
County,it is ordered by the Court that publication be made in the North 
Carolina Journal, printed in Fayetteville, requesting attendance of the 
Justices of the Peace, of Cumberland County, on Thurday of Next term for the 
purpose of supplying the said vacancies.
